Weekly Report: 01/13/13 to 01/19/13

Info:

  • Hours of sleep on weeknights: 5 (wake-up time: 3:30; out running by 6:00)
  • Shoes: Altra Instincts 1.0
  • Meals a day: 2
  • Post-run: stretching, very light drill workout (leg swings, pushups, etc)
  • X-training: 20 miles biking (5 mi/wk day)

Sun: Rest

Mon: 4.2 mi, road, moderate; humid, high 40s

Tue: 3.1 mi, road, easy; drizzly, high 30s (woke an hour late)

Wed: 3.8 mi, evening, road, moderate; half-hour upper-body gym workout

Thu: 3.8 mi, road, easy; mid 40s

Fri: ~6 mi gym loop (lower body workout)

Sat: Rest
