Weekly Report: 01/06/13 to 01/12/13

Worked out in the gym for the first time in over 7 months this week!

Info:

  • Hours of sleep on weeknights: 5 (wake-up time: 3:30; out running by 6:00)
  • Shoes: Altra Instincts 1.0
  • Meals a day: 2
  • Post-run: stretching, very light drill workout

Sun: Rest

Mon: ~3 mi, road, brisk (one of those days you just have to go out there and get the run in!)

Tue: 3.8 mi, road, moderate

Wed: 6.8 mi gym loop with half-hour workout in the middle of run

Thu: ~5 mi park loop, brisk to hard, late afternoon (no morning run)

Fri: Rest

Sat: 3.2 mi road and paved trail, very easy/slow
